Nicole Agbayani serves as the Director of the Economic Justice Center within the Office of the Treasurer & Tax Collector. A proud native of San Francisco’s Excelsior neighborhood, Nicole brings a deep commitment to building a more inclusive and equitable city where all families can thrive. She originally joined the team as Director of the Office of Financial Empowerment (OFE) and led the successful merger of OFE with the Financial Justice Project, forming what is now the Economic Justice Center. Donna provides customer service and account management for Kindergarten to College (K2C). Prior to joining OFE, Donna served as an administrative assistant in San Francisco's public school system.
